Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the country. International shipping timelines vary between 10-15 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Do you offer customization or blouse stitching services?
Yes, we offer custom blouse stitching and fall/pico services for an additional fee. You can select these options on the product page or contact our support team with your measurements.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the saree is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags intact. Please note that customized items are not eligible for return.
How should I care for my Navera saree?
To maintain the longevity of the fabric and intricate embroidery, we recommend dry cleaning only for all our silk and embellished sarees. Store them in a cool, dry place wrapped in muslin cloth.
